Many of you know this already, but just in case you are new to my blog, a few months ago I quit my 9-5 job, packed a suitcase, and decided to go on the road.
My trip started in my beloved city Austin, TX, but soon after I ventured off to spend a few months in Costa Rica. From there on I have been hopping around between South America and the USA.
I am feeling so very blessed and grateful that I somehow managed to make this happen. Taking life day by day does bring some internal challenges now and then, but yes, there is certainly some magic around it and many learnings.
In the past months, I took a lot of flights, short-haul flights as well as long-haul flights. Hence I decided that for the first blog post in our brand new Lifestyle category, I will share my learnings about long haul flight essentials.

What is the best thing to wear on a long-haul flight?
I always go for comfort when I take a long-haul flight, any flight really.
Being a yoga teacher, I pretty much live in leggings. My favorite leggings to travel in are Colorfulkoala Women’s Buttery Soft High Waisted Yoga Pants.

I usually pair them with a band shirt, a pair of trainers and a hoodie.

When it comes to long-haul flights, I always try to book an overnight flight. This allows me to have a late lunch or early dinner at home.
I always have a healthy and light meal, nothing too heavy to digest. In addition to this, I always take a few healthy snacks along, e.g. fruit or protein bars.

How do I survive a long haul flight in economy class?
