- Connect with the emotions behind each statement, truly feel them.
- Repeat each affirmation 3โ5 times.

Usually, I recommend working with 3 – 5 affirmations at a time. But, again, it is totally up to you and how many affirmations you feel comfortable working with.
You could, for example, have two full moon affirmations and two new moon affirmations, and you could even pair it with a self-love affirmation.
There is no right or wrong, define your focus, set your priorities and take it from there.

Check the lunar calendar to find out when the next full moon is taking place and mark the date in your diary.
Based on my own experience, I can tell you, yes, affirmations work! But as with any meaningful change, it doesnโt happen overnight. It is a practice, not a quick fix.
When things feel challenging (and they will), remember this: you are working to rewire belief systems that may have been with you for years, maybe even decades.
Thatโs not small work. So be patient with yourself. Celebrate your progress, no matter how tiny it may seem. EVERY shift counts.
