  • Embody your full moon affirmations – connect with the feeling behind each affirmation; feel the joy, happiness, and gratitude associated with the outcomes described in your affirmations
  • Stay positive – identify and challenge any limiting beliefs and/or negative self-talk you might have
  • Stay consistent – whatever it is that you are looking to create for yourself, stay consistent in your practice even if the progress seems slow and trust in your capabilities as a creator of your own life

Option 1: Speak your full moon release affirmations out loud

One way to work with your full moon affirmations is to speak them out loud.

Come to a comfortable seat, e.g. an easy crossed-leg position, close your eyes and take a few deep grounding breaths in and out through the nose.

Can I practice my full moon affirmations and new moon affirmations together?

Yes, you can practice your full moon affirmations together with your new moon affirmations.

Usually, I recommend working with 3 – 5 affirmations at a time. But, again, it is totally up to you and how many affirmations you feel comfortable working with.

You could for example have two full moon affirmations and two new moon affirmations and you could even pair it with a self-love affirmation.

There is no right or wrong, define your focus, set your priorities and take it from there.

You are the creator of your life and you decide what you would like to create and focus on.

From my personal experience I can tell you that yes, affirmations do work, but as mentioned earlier, your life won’t change overnight. This process takes time.

Whenever things get a bit challenging, remind yourself that you are changing a belief system that has been a part of you for XX years. Be patient with yourself and remind yourself of the small wins you already had along the way.

Everyone’s journey is different, find what works best for you.
