Try my favourite bedtime yoga poses and stretches.

✨ cactus arms - to open the shoulders
✨ more shoulder openers…soooo good after a long day
✨ seated forward fold, I like to add a block
✨ half pigeon pose right & left
✨ wide legged child’s pose with spider hands 🕷️

Especially after sitting at a desk all day long looking at a screen, these stretches are magic!
