Hi, I am Nicolle, a Yoga Teacher and Wellness Blogger. My mission is to empower individuals to reconnect with their essence through the transformative practice of yoga. By cultivating self-acceptance and self-love from within I help my students to embrace their uniqueness and find the courage to live in alignment with their truth.
Throughout my yoga journey, I have worked with different teachers and mentors around the globe and explored a variety of yoga styles including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Iyengar yoga.
So far, I have completed three 200hr YTTs and a 60hr Tantra Vinyasa YTT. I truly believe in the power of being a forever student and I love to explore and learn.
For my classes, I like to take inspiration from the dark deities (Hecate, Kali, Lilith, etc.), the moon cycles, zodiac signs and tarot cards.
I love the graceful dance between breath and movement and the fluid aspect of Vinyasa yoga.
I teach a Vinyasa flow with a strong focus on alignment, deep stretches and strength building. My classes are always open to all levels.
